Free Parking Privilege

Customers with spending up to a designated amount in single transaction via electronic payment in Greenwich Village, may redeem for up to 2 hours free parking privilege by presenting both original same day electronic sales receipt (hard copy) and the corresponding payment slip.

Terms and Conditions

1. Corresponding electronic payment slip is limited to credit card、EPS and Octopus card only.
2. This parking privilege is applicable to private cars, vans and motorcycles parked in Commercial and Public Car Park in B2/F of Greenwich Village of Alto Residences.
3. Only original single same-day electronic sales receipt and the corresponding electronic payment slip on the day of purchase from Greenwich Village of Alto Residences merchant outlet will be accepted for redemption, including credit card, EPS and Octopus Card.
4. Each eligible receipt can only be redeemed for a maximum of 2 hours free parking.
5. Each eligible receipt can only be redeemed for one time only.
6. Each vehicle is eligible to redeem free parking once per day.
7. Customer(s) must present both single same-day electronic sales receipt (hard copy) and the corresponding electronic payment slip for stamping and verification for credit card and EPS transaction in order to enjoy the Free Parking privilege. Customer must present the single same-day electronic sales receipt with Octopus payment details (hard copy) for stamping and verification for Octopus card transaction in order to enjoy the Free Parking privilege.
8. Shop name(s) and transaction details must be clearly shown on the original electronic sales receipt(s). Customer(s) is required to provide details of the original electronic sales receipts to Kolot’s Car Park staff. Strongly Limited and/or Lai Sun Real Estate Agency Limited and/or Kolot Property Service Limited reserve the right to photocopy the original electronic sales receipt(s) for verification or record purpose.
9. Any payment by cash or cash coupon(s), written receipt(s), copied receipt(s), duplicated receipt(s), reprinted receipt(s), smeared receipt(s) and damage receipt(s) will not be accepted.
10. This parking privilege is not applicable to any spending in Angsana Spa and Sales Office in Greenwich Village of Alto Residences.
11. This parking privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other parking privilege (such as Day Park, Night Park, 24 hours Park, etc).
12. This parking privilege is not applicable to add-value E-cards of shops, add-value for Octopus, bill payment and cash voucher purchase.
13. This parking privilege cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
14. Parking fee of additional hours will be charged on an hourly basis excluding the free parking privilege. Parking less than 1 hour will also be calculated as 1 hour.
15. All receipt(s) presented will be stamped with a “1 hour free parking privilege redeemed” or “2 hours free parking privilege redeemed” chop for administrative purposes.
16. The stamped receipt(s) cannot be used for a refund at the relevant merchant’s outlet.
17. The Terms and Conditions of this Free Parking Privilege may be changed without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, Strongly Limited and/or Lai Sun Real Estate Agency Limited and/or Kolot Property Service Limited’s decision shall be final.
